  1. How much time will it take to get my order delivered?

We mostly dispatch all of our orders within 48 hours. And it will roughly take 3-5 days more after that to get it to deliver to your location. Due to the current scenario of COVID-19 pandemic, there might be some delays, but your product and your money is in safe hands. 

 

  1. How do I know if my Pincode is serviceable? And, is the cash on delivery (COD) available?

We ship to all pincode's in India. Currently, we do not offer cash on delivery on our website.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order gets dispatched, we will send the tracking ID of the respective courier company to your email. And, you can track your package using that tracking ID link.

 

  1. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free delivery on all our products. However, in case of return or exchange you need to bear the shipping charges.

 

  1. Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

 

  1. I entered the wrong address at the time of checkout. Can I change it?

If the order is still in the processing phase then we can still change it. Please contact us at contact@Yogear.in at the earliest. However, if the order is already shipped then we can’t do anything in that case.

 

  1. I won’t be able to collect my package on the delivery date. What should I do in this case?

If the order is still in the processing phase then we can reschedule the shipping process to suit your requirements. However, if the order is already shipped then we advise you to contact your delivery personnel and collaborate on this with them. However, if your package gets returned to us for the same reason then you can contact us or place the new order again and we will ship it back to you.
